Your data
Where does my data stay?
In the desktop app on your machine. Detection and replacement run locally. Nothing is transmitted, not even the text with placeholders.
Does the AI get my patients' data?
Only the text with placeholders, after your review. The details you switched on stay on your device, and so does the mapping that restores them.
What touches the internet?
Only the update check: app version and operating system, no content, no licence key, and it can be switched off in the app.
And medical confidentiality?
Lysi Doc transmits nothing. What you pass on after replacing is your decision, and the mapping table shows you exactly what was replaced.
In the practice
Does it work with my practice software?
Yes. Lysi Doc works by copy and paste and is independent of Medatixx, CGM, T2med or any other practice management system.
How many seats do I need?
One licence covers one seat: one device, tied to the e-mail address you buy with. Each additional device needs its own licence. From five seats there are volume prices.
Which systems are supported?
macOS 13 Ventura or newer, Apple Silicon and Intel. A Windows version is planned.
Licence and invoice
Do I get an invoice for the practice?
Yes. Invoice with VAT shown. Licence key and invoice arrive by e-mail.
How do I cancel?
89 € / month: 12-month term, then cancel monthly. 129 € / month: any time to the end of the month. 949 € / year: ends after 12 months, no automatic renewal.
What Lysi Doc cannot do
It does not make you GDPR-compliant.
Lysi Doc is a tool. Compliance depends on your processes, your legal basis and your agreements. What we state is narrow and checkable: it runs locally, without cloud or upload.
It does not find everything.
Automated detection is incomplete by nature. It can miss an item, classify it wrongly or mark harmless text. That is why every hit is shown to you before anything leaves the app: your review is part of the workflow.
It does not anonymise in the legal sense.
It pseudonymises: originals become placeholders, and the mapping that can undo that stays on your machine. Whether a text counts as anonymous is a judgement about your processes, not something the app can decide.
It does not read your systems by itself.
Lysi Doc has no interface to your practice software, does not watch folders and has no server component. Text and tables come in by copy and paste. You decide what goes in.
